Pete enjoys enabling debate in areas of controversy, especially areas that sit at the junctions of science, medicine, ethics and religion.
As part of this area of his life, he writes books and enjoys giving public talks. He also joins in with public debates and private gatherings at venues that include St George's House in Windsor Castle, Lambeth Palace and the House of Lords, and has appeared in the full range of media.
Pete has just finished filming a set of lesson starters for Key Stage 2 Science for Teacher's TV - one provides a humourous introduction to forces, the other is a quirky look at sound.
